Jane Park joined NBC25 in December 2011 as an anchor/reporter.
Jane most recently worked for the ABC affiliate in Elmira, New York, as the morning show anchor and producer. She covered the natural gas drilling controversy extensively. In 2010, Jane won an Associated Press award for "Shale-Shocked," an investigative report about how gas drilling is impacting rural communities in northern Pennsylvania.
Jane was born in Boston and grew up in sunny Southern California, where she hopes to return one day. She holds degrees in English literature and French studies from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master's in journalism from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.
Jane is a proud Korean-American and a member of the Asian American Journalists Association.
In her free time, Jane enjoys running, reading on her Kindle, exploring wine trails, and Skype-ing with her fiance and family back home.
