Army Staff Sgt. Travis Mills is home in Vassar for a month on convalescent leave from Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he's been undergoing therapy after he lost all of his limbs in Afghanistan in April.

A woman says she's upset that a U.S. flag was flown improperly on Veterans Day at a staging area for work on an oil pipeline company's Michigan project.
