Our Elementary Student of the Month for May comes from Ms.Clemon's 3rd grade class. Camille Miner is a positive outgoing and hardworking student. She loves math because "it is used in almost anything like counting money or anytime you count anything. I would like to work with police, doing investigations like a detective... I'd like to wok as a teacher because I'd like to teach math." She says she likes GBA and the teachers here. She believes that her teachers would stop bullying if they saw it and help her with any problem she had.
Her teacher says of her, "She is an all "A" student who is responsible and respectful inside and outside of the classroom. She is liked by everyone in the classroom and is always willing to help in any way possible. She comes to school each day with a positive attitude and ready to try her very best. She follows all of the rules and expectations of the classroom and the school and is a role model for all of her peers. She is dedicated to her school work and I have never seen Camille give less then 100 % on any task. She strives to be the best person that she can be and I am truly amazed at the positive characteristics that she already displays as a young individual. "
Camille enjoys Basketball, Tennis and Volleyball because "sports are good for your body and they're fun too". Her best friend is her dog snoopy. "He's a yorkiepoo. I might like to be a vet when I grow up too."
