Foggy conditions, slick roadways cause problems for motorists

MID-MICHIGAN -- Foggy conditions combined with freezing temperatures has lead to some slick roadways over the last 24 hours across the region.

Things seem to have stabilized by Monday morning, but that wasn't the case last night.on the Zilwaukee Bridge where police reporting numerous vehicles spinning out.

An accident also occurred around 7 p.m. Sunday evening involving two vehicles.  Police say the drivers were traveling too fast over the bridge and spun out.

The occupants of the vehicles received minor injuries.

Police say it was the second incident to occur on the bridge.

Meanwhile in Saginaw County, officials reported 65 non-injury accidents and four injury accidents between 2-9 p.m. on Sunday.
