Business Type: Body & Sole Fitness is a gym for WOMEN ONLY and a very special place. We offer something for every woman whether it be cardio, classes, circuit training, full weight room or tanning. We have a nice locker room and a shower facility. We have 2 private changing rooms for our shy clients. The environment here is much like a family without all the drama. Come in and check us out! After all, you owe it to yourself to get into the best shape you can so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest. If you've never been in before, we will give you a 1 week free pass so that you can try us out. The hardest excercise for a woman is to open the front door to the gym, so show yourself you can do it.

Gaye Pollard, Fitness Instuctor Gaye has 25 years of experience and teaches multiple classes including: Step, Pilates, Stretch and Muscle Pump. Chris Pollard, Russian Kettlebells Instructor Chris is certified with Dragondoor (2008). He is our Russian Kettlebells instructor Neil Seward, Aerobic Kickboxing Instructor Neil has served us for 3 years. His dynamic aerobic kickboxing class will have you well on your way to achieving your fitness goal! Bernadette Rainear, "Super Sub" Bernadette is our substitute instructor. She is certified to teach the following classes: Russian Kettlebells, Pilates, and Aerobic Kickboxing. Molly Amidan, Zumba Instructor Molly has been a member since early 2007, and now uses her dancing skills to give you an upbeat and fun Zumba workout! Shelby Gilbert, Yoga Instructor Shelby is our newest instructor. She is a certified Yoga instructor, and has been with us for a couple of months.

Answer We offer a personal fitness assessment for our members to develop a customized, personal fitness program that best suits your needs.
Free personal instruction is included in this program, so there's no need to hire a personal trainer!
Answer Comfortable clothing that moves with you is best. We do require that you bring a separate pair of clean, dry pair of shoes in which to work out. This helps us to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facility. Question How long have you been here? Answer Body and Sole is currenly marking our fifth year. Question What additional services do you offer? Answer We have several additional services that we offer including an on-site naturopathic doctor, massage therapy and even tanning!
Question Do you offer single day passes? Answer Yes, we offer day passes as well as class passes. Come in and use the facility for whatever you want with a day pass, and use the class pass to try a class with no commitment at all! Question Do I have to sign a contract? Answer Contracts are not a requirement, however, there are cost advantages to becoming a member. Feel free to call for more details.
