Question What is your premier service? Answer We provide everything from Basic Verizon Wireless Phones, Multi media phones and Smart Phones. We also carry Mobile Broadband service from Verizon Wireless which allows you to browse the Internet, download files, access email and catch up on your social networking sites such as Facebook, Twitter, etc... Question What is the most common question customers have about your business (e.g. flowers, auto parts, estate planning)? Answer How much is the droid? What's the best phone? How much are the plans? Question What is the one thing you would like potential customers to know about your business? Answer All of our employees are extremely knowledgeable about all service, products and coverage while we provide excellent customer service to each person that walks through our doors. Question What sets your business part from your competition? Answer Our personal customer service is key to us. We like to know our customers name when they walk in, get to know them and there needs whether it be a new phone, upgrade or accessory and give them as much one on one time as we can. Question Do we provide insurance? Answer Yes we provide full coverage insurance for Verizon Wireless customer phones. Question What sets your business part from your competition? Answer We have the tools that any demographic and of all ages would want and need to be and stay connected. Question Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff? Answer We build a relationship with our customers so they can trust we will assist them with their service or product. Question What do you contribute to your community? (charity work, environmentally friendly products, employment, etc.) Answer We donate our used phones & accessories to the YMCA and we are active members of the Chamber of Commerce. We also support the local Grand Blanc High school year book, the banjo club and our employees donate their time to raise money for MDA each year. Question What do customers need to know before they come in or call you? Answer Customers only need to know that we will take the time to help them with their product, bill or any other wireless issues they may have. Question What services do you offer that many people don't know about? Answer We carry Mobile TV, VZ navigator, back up assistance and VCAST.
