Answer Our customers usually need help finding what they are looking for because of our two large showrooms. However, we do NOT believe in high pressure selling! The atmosphere at Cole's is casual and friendly! Question What's your busiest time of year? Answer Our busiest time of year is income tax season or January thru April. Many customers decide to use their tax check to make a large purchase such as a living room or bedroom suite.
Answer No, we do not finance. We do offer a very reasonable and flexible layaway program. Answer Yes, we do offer delivery. There is a charge for this and that is determined by the number of miles to destination. Generally, our delivery charge for Genesee County is $25.00 to $40.00. We can usually deliver the same day. Question What is your service policy? Answer We will be happy to do any warranty work on your furniture, free of charge for one year from date of purchase. After one year, there will be a $40.00 service charge. Question Are any of your products made in the USA? Answer Yes, many of our furniture suppliers still build furniture here in the good old USA. We even have a mattress company that produces superb sleeping comfort in Escanaba, Michigan. We are always searching for USA- based companies to supply us with inventory.
