Question What is the most common question customers have about your business? Answer Why did my rates go up? A lot of people don’t realize that insurance rates are based on many different factors. Even though you didn’t experience any losses, your rates may be increased because of losses in your area, or other losses paid by the company. For example, the heavy flooding in some parts of the country caused some insurance companies to raise rates in other areas to compensate. Question What sets your business apart from your competition? Answer We will never sell an insurance policy based solely on price. We take into account your total cost of risk, and what your coverage needs are. Question What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer? Answer It's important to review your insurance needs at least once a year. Adding on to your house may change its value, or that piece of art or jewelry you just bought may not be covered under your policy. If you add to your family, you may want to purchase more life insurance. Question What do you contribute to your community? Answer We're very involved in our community. We sponsor and participate in the Earleen Fox Memorial walk/run, Relay for Life, and many other events throughout the year. Many of our employees are active in the Optimists and Boys and Girls Clubs as well as Kiwanis and the West Branch Area Chamber of Commerce.
