Shiawassee Shores Community is tucked away in the quaint town of Linden, Michigan. This beautiful retirement community features the comforts and amenities every retiree dreams of. As a resident you can enjoy a challenging 9 hole, par 3 golf course right on our grounds. All new residents enjoy their first year golf membership free. Also on grounds are two club houses. One area is a fitness center and recreational room combo and the other club house has its own library and free wireless high speed internet. Both club houses are available for private parties. Shiawassee Shores does most all maintenance that you could ever need. For example, snow removal, landscaping, and weekly home inspections. Shiawassee Shores has recently offered the lease to own option in the homes available.

Answer All homes are on a poured wall foundation with a 4' crawl area. Question What sets your business part from your competition? Answer Our business is set apart by the services we provide. Also the quality of our homes, which sit on foundations and have attached garages, make us unique from our competitors. Question Why is it important to customers that they think about the product or service you offer? (before they need it) Answer We want seniors to plan where they are going to live out their years, where someone cares and will take care of them. Question What can happen to customers who neglect the product or service you offer? (e.g. old tires, poor estate planning, dying plants, over-paying for travel) Answer They can't do the maintenance necessary to keep them safe. Question Why is it valuable to customers to get to know you and your staff? (build a relationship) Answer We want them to become part of our family. Question What do you contribute to your community? (charity work, environmentally friendly products, employment, etc.) Answer Our staff volunteers in the community and Shiawassee Shores donate to local organizations and let them use our clubhouse for fundraisers including blood drives and Flu shot clinics.
