How to make a frittata

Frittatas are unique way to fire-up your breakfast. It's an egg dish made mainly on the stove, easier than omelets, and you can add almost any veggies, cheeses, or meats you happen to have around.
It's a great source of protein. They are served in wedges. In some parts of Europe including Italy, it's common to take a wedge to work for lunch.
They are a favorite of Chef Mike Anderson of J. Porter's Chophouse at the Holiday Inn Gateway Center in Mundy Township.
