Three Bay City Public Safety officers are suspended after what the chief calls serious charges. Public Safety Director Mike Cecchini isn't divulging much, pending the investigation, but he told NBC25 news that a citizen filed a complaint with the Bay County Sherriff's department about officer misconduct regarding some missing property.
