GENESEE COUNTY -- A local ambulance service is garnering national ranking for their outstanding service in the EMS field.
Swartz Ambulance Service, located off West Hill Road in Flint, has been ranked in the top 20 for patient satisfaction in a survey of EMS providers across the country, according to a press release today.
Swartz Ambulance has been recognized and awarded a 2011 Industry Leadership Award from an independent survey provider, EMS Survey Team.
The EMS Survey Team offers a nationally recognized, benchmarked Patient Satisfaction Survey program developed specifically for the EMS community.
Established in 1975, Swartz Ambulance Service is one of the largest locally owned and operated ambulance services in Genesee County. Their goal is to provide excellent patient care in the pre-hospital setting.
