GRAND BLANC -- Patients and visitors at Genesys Regional Medical Center were treated to the sweet sounds of music on Thursday.
Thirteen different groups and soloists performed in the hospital's atrium all throughout the day.
Crowds filled the aisles and balconies and other patients enjoyed the music from their rooms.
"We have sick patients here during the holidays and this is all about lifting their spirits," Genesys representative Cindy Ficorelli said.
The performances lasted all day with the first beginning at 9:30 in the morning and the last wrapped up at 7 p.m.
