Manny Sandow of Midland
18 year old Manny Sandow of Midland has a "Wish List" for you. Actually it's the title of a new song he wrote, to help raise money for the Hemophilia Foundation. Manny was diagnosed with the disease at age 7.
"Wish List", was just released and is available as a digital only download from iTunes, CDBaby.com, Amazon.com, and other online digital outlets. Manny wrote and recorded his original Christmas song with a beat that makes you want to stand up and dance. All net online proceeds will be given to the Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan (HFM) for all the support they have shown Manny throughout the years. Manny was diagnosed with having Hemophilia Factor XIII Deficiency at the age of seven. Since then, he has made a trip to Detroit Children’s Hospital every 4 weeks for a treatment that helps his blood clot.
Manny is a recent graduate of the Class of 2012 at Midland High School. He was born in Haiti. When he was four months old, Manny was adopted by Patrick and Deborah Sandow who currently reside in Midland.
The Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan strives to improve the quality of life for all people affected by hemophilia, Von Willebrand disease, other coagulation disorders, and related complications, including HIV/AIDS and hepatitis. The Hemophilia Foundation of Michigan offers numerous programs to support people living with bleeding and clotting disorders.
