BIRCH RUN TOWNSHIP (AP) -- A drive on I-75 in Saginaw County could be dangerous if a distrurbing trend continues. Someone is throwing rocks from overpasses.

The Saginaw County Sheriffs department says an incident happened in Birch Run Township, on Sunday November 25th. A family told police they narrowly averted tragedy on southbound I-75, south of Busch Road between Bridge and Busch. The driver pulled up behind several other vehicles, whose drivers also reported damage to their cars. 

A Saginaw County Sheriff's Detective says he received reports of four cars damaged in similar incidents. The driver told sheriffs deputies he counted 11 cars that were pulled over, he believes were also targeted by the rock throwers. If you have any information please contact the Saginaw County Sheriffs Department.
