MIDLAND -- 30 to 35 new jobs are being created in Midland for a new company that recycles paper. A spokesman says Eco Bio Plastics Midland, plans to start operations at its paper-to-plastics manufacturing facility in Midland today.

The company built a nearly 40 thousand square foot facility to grind paper to be used as a filler in plastics. It's on Midland's south side, south of the Dow Corning production facility. When the ramp-up is complete, a full-scale facility would employ about 75 people.
