Area resident Chad Davis says he heard about seven shots Friday afternoon. Davis says he was riding in a vehicle an hour later when he noticed the teen's body lying in the lot with at least two gunshot wounds.

Flint police have not yet named the 16-year-old who was killed Sunday morning at River Park Apartments but family members tell NBC25 he was Marquis Griffin, known to friends as Marty.
