62 additional Michigan State Troopers are being assigned to posts throughout Michigan. They'll be covering Flint, Pontiac, Detroit and Saginaw.

A gas station in Saginaw is testing new technology that asks for you to swipe your driver's license before pumping your gas. If you decide to run off without paying, your information is transferred to police who then have access to all of your information. Post-pay technology is meant to keep customers from "pumping and running" without paying.
