The murder trial of Brandon Hayes, accused of torturing and killing his live-in-girlfriend's four year old son Dominick Calhoun in April of 2010, continued today in Genesee County in Judge Richard B. Yuille's courtroom.

Dominick Calhoun – a blonde-haired, blue-eyed 4-year-old remembered for his bright personality - was discovered moaning, almost dead, lying on the floor when police arrived on scene on April 11, 2010. Little Dominick died the next day.
