Installing a child’s seat inside the car is trickier than you would think. Lew Moquin, coordinator for Safe Kids of Greater Flint, says more than 90 percent of parents who come in for a car seat check breaks at least one rule. Safe Kids of Greater Flint offered parents free car seat checks at Vic Canever Chevrolet in Fenton Saturday.
