The St. Laurent Brother's building has been in downtown Bay City for 107 years. Now, the company is a chocolate factory, making sweet treats for everyone in the family.

Brian and Lindsay Coonan have day jobs, but at night they are often here, at their new business "Lindsay Truffler" in Bay City. "Truffles" are a gnosh (meaning chocolate and cream emulcified) covered in chocolate. Lindsay purs the gnosh into hand pained molds.
