An Isabella County teenager and his 11-year-old sister received “lifesaving” awards Tuesday evening, after they helped a Central Michigan University student who was sexually assaulted last month.

They are Kyle Cawood, a Nursing Major, who will attend UM-Flint in fall 2011, and Tiffany Johnson, whose husband is a veteran. She is working on her MBA.
