There's a place in cyberspace for just about everything and it’s a place walls don't exist. Now there’s a place where incarcerated offenders can apologize to the victims of their crimes. It’s called the Apology Project. The man behind the website is a felon named Joe Baker who’s serving a life sentence in Tennessee.

About 175 inmates are set to be released from the Genesee County jail in the next two weeks because there's simply not enough room to house them. Genesee County Sheriff Robert Pickell declared an overcrowding emergency at the jail this week, because it was over capacity for seven consecutive days.
