Thirty-year-old Joseph Filpansick, an employee of Nix Construction, reportedly fell into the hole near Price’s Airport in Fenton Township Wednesday afternoon. Forty-six year old Ronald Utica, an employee for Bender & Pociask Construction, reportedly tried to go in after him, but also fell.
