Flint's Bishop International Airport is celebrating a major expansion. A ribbon-cutting ceremony officially signaling the completion of their airside expansion project. Federal funds paid for 7 of the nearly 17 million dollar expansion. And the airports reserve funds picked up the rest. A big change flyers say is already making a difference. .
