FRANKENMUTH -- It’s arguably one of the country's “Christmassy-est" towns and now, undeniably, Pure Michigan.
Frankenmuth is starring in the latest Pure Michigan tourism ad.
The 30-second spot premiered Thursday night at the Frankenmuth Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitor's bureau annual dinner.
The commercial features scenes mostly shot downtown between sun-up and sun-down. Filming took place during the crew's one-day visit to Frankenmuth back in August.
"It's just a beautiful brand and it's something as Michiganders we can all embrace,” said Chamber of Commerce Pres. Jamie Furbush. “It's really our good fortune to be able to be a part of it."
Pure Michigan will air the commercial on TV in Grand Rapids, Detroit, Ohio and Ontario.
