HOLLY -- A 23-year-old Fenton man is arraigned on destruction of property charges.

Police say Philip Aitken is believed to have shot out the glass windows of Blackthorn Pub in Holly and The Laundry in Fenton the day after christmas.

Aitken has been held in Genesee County Jail on the Fenton charges since his arrest in December.

Aitken was a former employee of both businesses and was let go from both jobs
