Monday, February 27, 2012  A Genesee County judge sentenced the man convicted of torturing and murdering 4-year-old Dominick Calhoun to life in prison. Brandon Hayes was convicted in January on ten counts, including first- and second-degree murder.  Judge Richard Yuille also sentenced Dominick’s mother, Corrine Baker, to 20 years in prison for second-degree murder.

Tuesday, January 17, 2012  Testimony has ended in the murder trial of Brandon Hayes in Genesee county. The jury won't begin deliberations until Thursday but today the family of the four-year-old victim Dominick Calhoun is calling for the death penalty which Michigan doesn't have.

Thursday, January 05, 2012  Dominick Calhoun – a blonde-haired, blue-eyed 4-year-old remembered for his bright personality - was discovered moaning, almost dead, lying on the floor when police arrived on scene on April 11, 2010. Little Dominick died the next day.
