There's a new owner at the Chevrolet dealership in Millington.
Bill McDonald is taking over the former Joseph Chevrolet in Millington.
The McDonald family cut the ribbon and workers unveiled a new banner.
McDonald already owns a Pontiac, GMC, and Cadillac dealership in the Saginaw area, but he thought the acquisition of the Chevy brand was timed perfectly.
Bill McDonald, president of McDonald Chevrolet says, "For many years, we would like to have had the Chevy. Chevy will get the most build from General Motors. Even though it's a tough year, and very difficult for many, sometimes this is the best time to try to acquire something like Chevrolet."
Owners say, the Millington dealership and Saginaw dealership will not carry imports, only American products.
It services a large area including Genesee and Lapeer counties as well as the thumb.
