Kroger has recalled its Deluxe Chocolate Paradise Ice Cream.

The company says it may contain tree nuts not listed on the label.  If you bought the product you’re asked to return it to the store for a refund or replacement.

People who are allergic to nuts could suffer a reaction if they consume the product.

Kroger sold the affected ice cream in 48-ounce containers with a “sell by” date of Jan 24 11.  The containers had a UPC Code of 11110 50712.
