Flint Township Police have identified the victim of a homicide in the 3200 block of Miller Road on Friday morning.

The victim, Frank Kellybrew, a 60-year-old black male from Flint, was last seen walking westbound along Miller Road near I-75.

Police say Kellybrew was murdered between 3:20 and 6 a.m. 

Investigators are looking for a person of interest, who has been identified as Derek Shane Williams, a 40-year-old white male. Williams is 5-foot-6, 160 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has multiple tattoos on both arms. Williams is a parole absconder and is wanted by the Michigan Department of Corrections.
