Flooding keeps a suspected Craigslist robber from court.
A pipe burst at the McCree building in downtown Flint shutting it down since Monday.
Eighteen year old Dominique Gilbert of Mt. Morris Township is accused of using Craigslist to bring people to Flint to buy electronics.
However, police say Gilbert robbed would-be purchasers.
Two younger teens are also believed to be involved.
