Lynn Spicer Memorial Fund set up

Friends of 33-year-old Lynn Spicer have set up the "Lynn Spicer Fund" at PNC Bank on 610 Lafayette Avenue in Bay City.

Police found Spicer's body in a vacant lot last week.

Jeff Julian and his brother Craig are accused of murder.
