The lawyer for a former local softball coach accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl says he's wants a mental evaluation for his client.
Fifty-one year old Mick Gotwalt was recently accused of having sex with a 14-year-old student at Caro High School.
Friends of Gotwalt say he has battled bladder cancer in recent years.
Gotwalt's next court date is February 7th.
