ST. LUCIE CO. -- Dashcam video has been released by the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Department of Detroit Tiger’s Baseball star, Miguel Cabrera’s arrest.
In February, Cabrera was pulled over in Florida on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence. This week NBC25’s sister station, WPTV, was able to get a hold of the police video that shows the Detroit Tiger’s star handcuffed in the back of a patrol car. You can watch the full video here.
According to an Associated Press article, General Manager Dave Dombrowski said that Cabrera would be allowed to return to the team, but would undergo treatment.
Cabrera has since apologized for the incident. He faces a March 16th arraignment
