EDENVILLE TOWNSHIP -- The Midland County Sheriff’s Office confirms the body found floating in Sanford Lake is that of missing track coach Bob Cole.
The 62 year old left his home February 8 to look for the family dog.
He's been missing ever since.
The Midland County Sheriff says Friday about 3 p.m. Cole's remains were found submerged in Sanford Lake about three miles from his home in Edenville Township.
Cole was the Meridian High School track coach.
An autopsy has been performed and results will be released when they become available.
