Saginaw Twp. Soccer Pavilion arsonist won't serve time

He admitted to setting fire to the Saginaw Township Soccer Complex last fall, which he'll pay for, but he won't serve any more jail time.

Twenty year old Joseph Konsdorf of Thomas Township will have to pay more than $112,000 in restitution.

He'll also be on probation for five years.

Konsdorf says he set a trash barrel on fire and walked away.

He says he never intended on the pavilion catching fire.
