Three months of tough workouts and eating better have left the participants of MidMichigan's Biggest Loser feeling better than they have in a long time.
Wednesday, NBC25's Dan Armstrong announced the individual winner and the winning team live on NBC25 News at Six.
Chris Kovach lost around 50 pounds to take home the MVP prize package. The team of Warden's Warriors, Stacy Goss and Arnette Darby, won the team competition.
The individual prize includes $100 from Liberty Weight Loss , six month membership to Anytime Fitness, $50 gift certificate from Runners, $25 Ya Ya's gift certificate, LifeFactory Water Bottle, one month supply of Vitamin D and two months of personalized nutritional counseling from Dr. Kehres.
The team winners get $200 from Liberty Weight Loss, one year membership to Anytime Fitness, $25 from Spring Mountain Water Company, two $50 gift certificates to Runners, two one month memberships, exercise balls and cold gel packs from Physiotherapy Associates, two LifeFactory Water Bottles, one month supply of Vitamin D and two months of personalized nutritional counseling from Dr. Kehres.
