BAY CO. -- Jeffrey Julian’s attorney says the suspect was “insane” when he strangled his girlfriend, Lynn Spicier, to death.

Attorney Ed Czuprynski tells NBC25 they plan on entering an insanity plea in the case.

Last Monday, a jury found Jeff’s brother, 19-year-old Craig Julian, guilty for First Degree Premeditated Murder and Removing a Body.

Police believe the brothers killed Spicer then buried her body in a shallow grave in a vacant Bay County lot.

Jeff Julian’s trial has not yet begun.

Do you think Jeffrey Julian’s insanity plea will be taken into consideration?  Let us know what you think in the comment section below.
