The Ohio man suspected of stabbing, suffocating and dismembering his girlfriend is due in court today, along with four other people linked to the case.

Twenty-five-year-old Matthew Puccio was scheduled to appear with his attorney in Champaign County court in western Ohio.

Puccio has been indicted on aggravated murder and other charges in the March death of 21-year old Jessica Rae Sacco. He could face up to life in prison if convicted.

Andrew and Kandis Forney, a couple from Fenton, and two people from Urbana, Ohio, also are charged in the case and are expected to appear with their attorneys.

The four are accused of failing to intervene in the killing and helping Puccio cut off or transport limbs that were dumped in southern Ohio and Kentucky.
