A Saginaw man is dead after police used a taser to bring him under control.
Bobby Merrill, 38, of Saginaw, was reportedly acting combative and jumping on cars after police had hadcuffed him Tuesday afternoon near Washington and Gilmore streets, MLive reported.
Michigan State Police are investigating the incident.
Merrill reportedly died at an area hospital following the incident.
