SHELBYVILLE, IND. -- A central Indiana man faces several charges in connection to the shooting death of a Flushing teenager last December.
Seventeen-year-old Brandon Spangler died Dec. 30 after he was shot while he was visiting in Shelby Co., Ind., with this father during a school break.
A grand jury indicted 41-year-old Jason Bagley of Shelbyville on two counts of criminal recklessness and one count of obstruction of justice.
Bagley has said he had let Spangler and his family play paintball on his property, but thought he was shooting at coyotes.
