PORT AUSTIN TOWNSHIP -- Five people were pulled from the waters of Lake Huron on Monday after the boat they were in capsized.

A woman called 911 to report two adults and two nine-year-old children were hanging onto the boat.

The boat was aboat two miles off the shore in Port Austin Township.

A 29-year-old Bad Axe man driving the boat was arrested for boating while intoxicated.

The victims are said to be okay.
