FLINT TOWNSHIP -- Team Revelation MMA and Extreme Martial Arts Gym was founded by a group of men to keep area youth out of trouble.

It is an outreach program coordinated through the Bridge Church.

The free classes provide an outlet for kids and many adults.

The founder of the program says it has been life-changing in its three months, with more than 100 people attending classes.

"It makes me so happy every day. I cry tears of happiness on my way to the gym and it's the first time in my life that I have something that my family is going we're proud of you," says Ryan Lore, founder of Team Revelation.

The gym is holding an event called Rocking the Violence out of Flint on September 15.

For more information, you can call the gym at (810) 309-7515 or (810) 336-4738.
