An Amber Alert issued after a toddler disappeared in Berrien County has been cancelled.
The child was recovered unharmed.
Police believe Chloe West, 2, was taken by her mother, Lisa West, from the toddler's home in St. Joseph. Lisa West's parental rights were terminated and Chloe is believed to be in extreme danger.
Chloe was last scene wearing a pink short sleeved dress with white flowers and matching ruffled shorts.
Lisa West is 40 years old,5' 5" 160 pounds and was wearing black shorts and white t-shirt.
