FLINT -- Four newly-renovated homes in Flint were opened to tours Saturday.
It was made possible by the Genesee County Land Bank.
The houses offer new kitchens, bathrooms, and security systems.
They're all part of the neighborhood stabilization program.
It's federally funded and for those who qualify, home ownership can become a reality for as little as $1,000 down.
