SAGINAW -- The police chiefs association of Saginaw County and Judge M.T Thompson are hosting a gang and drug summit in Saginaw.
The summit began with a familiarization with gang violence and went into different gangs present in Saginaw. Reputation, respect and revenge were identified as issues being problematic for law enforcement.
