BAY COUNTY -- Emergency crews responded to the intersection of Rockwell Drive and Wheeler Road near the Midland/Bay County border for a soy bean spill.
Officials say a farm truck from Hope carrying more than 100 bushels of soy beans spilled onto the roadway when the truck's rear door unlatched.
A vehicle lost control when driving over the beans and ended up in a ditch.
No one was injured.
Police say no one will be cited in the incident.
Officials estimate the spill damaged $1,800 in soy beans.
