FLINT TOWNSHIP -- A new owner has arrived at the Genesee Valley Center.
A Maryland-based company purchased the mall from Genesee Valley Partners LP of Atlanta in October.
A new property management company will market retail space.
The sale won't impact customers or management workers.
The mall opened in August of 1970 and is Genesee County's largest mall.
