(AP) - Detroit authorities are investigating the deaths of three people in two overnight house fires.
An elderly couple died in a fire at their home on the city's west side. They're identified them as 77-year-old Kyle and 71-year-old Theresa Bozeman.
The Detroit Free Press says the fire started about 4:30 a.m. and doesn't appear suspicious.
Fire Senior Chief Lewis Roelans tells The Detroit News the couple's daughter escaped the blaze, which started in an enclosed porch.
WXYZ-TV and WDIV-TV say a man was killed in a fire about 1 a.m. Sunday at another west side home. Family members say the house lacked electricity, and the 43-year-old man was using a generator for heat.
The Associated Press left a phone message Sunday for a fire official seeking information.
